Shipping - Domestic

Most items are sent out by Royal Mail Second Class post. I retain a proof of postage that enables me to check on delivery status should there be a problem.

If you are buying more than one item, the postage calculations at checkout may seem excessive but certain items cannot be posted together due to their shape or size. Where it is possible to package items together, I will do this and refund any overpayment when your order is processed.

Items can be sent First Class or by other services on request if you would like a guarantee that an item will arrive quickly.

Shipping - International

All my shipping is priced at cost. Sending large lampshades around the world is expensive but, for the perfect item, it is worth it! If your country of residence isn’t listed for shipping then please get in touch and I can get you a quote.

Returns

I am unable to accept returns on custom or bespoke items unless they are faulty. I accept that I could sometimes inadvertently supply an item that may not be as expected and will do my utmost to identify why this is and rectify it as quickly and easily as possible. It is just me here, no other workforce, and rest assured that I don’t sleep if I think I have an unhappy customer!
